Lost or Stolen Packages:
Flexverse is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier for further assistance.
Return and Exchange Policy

Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Return Instructions: To start a return, please email us at info@flexverse.co with your order number.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items: Clearance or discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
